SPG's is sensitive to the high costs traditionally associated with strategic sourcing engagements. We have therefore developed two payments plans from which our clients can choose, both of which hold SPG accountable for delivering quantifiable results.
- Guaranteed Return on Investment
A monthly fee is negotiated and paid during the project where SPG guarantees a multiple of the fee in savings
- Percentage of Savings
No fees are paid during the project and at the end of the project, SPG receives a percentage of the total savings identified and agreed to by you
