SPG's compensation is based on your company realizing savings. If we do not create value, we don't get paid. Keep in mind that any firm can save you money by substituting quality. SPG guarantees your current quality metrics will be maintained and or improved through our process.
SPG is not a buying group. Our recommended vendors are based on what is best for you, and have no relationships with any vendors in the marketplace. We recognize the sensitivity of long standing vendor relationships, and many of SPG's clients have strengthened those relationships while saving money through our process.
We are sensitive to the time constraints on today's businesses. Our process will require minimal time commitment on your part, only meeting during key "milestone" points throughout our process. We want you to focus on what you do best, running your business, while we act as your resource to drive the process and deliver results
